Cocofina Snack Bars Review

A while ago  I did a video review on Cocofina coconut oil and they where kind enough to send me some of their coconut snack bars to review. They have three flavours and sent me two of each.

The flavours are:
  • Coconut and Date
  • Coconut Macaroon
  • Coconut and Cocoa
The bars are sold in packs of three on their website and retail at £4.47. These bars are natural and organic with only five ingredients. The great thing about them is that they contain no added sugar, artificial ingredients or additives. These bars make the perfect pre-workout snack for any gym goer and are a great price considering they are organic and all natural. They are a great healthy snack alternative as they are low in calories. My favourite is the coconut macaroon as it makes a nice healthy sweet treat. The bars are also suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Go check out their website here:

Thanks to Justine for sending me the items to review

BALM BALM REVIEW

A while ago I got in touch with a company called Balm Balm to see if I could review any of their products and they where kind enough to let me choose some products to review. Balm Balm make 100% organic skincare products. I carefully selected three products from their website which I wanted to review.

Go visit Balm Balm's website:

Balm Balm Rose Geranium Face Balm - RRP £8.95:

The first product I chose to review was the rose geranium face balm as I have heard so many good things about this product. This balm is supposed to be an amazing wonder product and it is; it has so many uses. This product comes in many different scents but I went for rose which has a lovely floral scent but it isn't too overpowering. This Balm is amazing and helps to moisturise and nourish any dry skin areas. You only need a tiny amount as a little goes a long way. The product is worth the price as it will last ages with the tiny amount you need to use.
Although the product is a face balm, the product can be used all over the body. This amazing beauty product can be used  to heal chapped lips, cleanse the face using a hot cloth or help to solve that dry skin on the heels of your feet. Balm Balm has even won awards for this product such as the best organic beauty and bodycare award. The formulation of the balm aims to soothe, nourish and moisturise. This product is perfect to throw in your handbag for when your on the go and could be the only beauty product you need.

Balm Balm Seven Single Note Fragrance Collection - RRP £27.00:

When looking through Balm Balm's website I stumbled upon this beauty. This is a gorgeous collection of natural scents. This is the perfect gift for any perfume lover as the scents are so unique. The collection contains seven scents in 5ml bottles each bottle has a coordinating colour to match the scent. The thing I love about this collection is that each scent is such a natural scent to match the organic ethnics of the brand. Each fragrance in the collection is a eau de parfum.

The collection includes:
  • Petitgrain - enigmatic, calming, woody and peaceful
  • Lavender - gentle, classic, soothing and calming
  • Bergamot - light, refreshing, cool and breezy
  • Mandarin - fun, zingy, playful and vivacious
  • Ylang Ylang - passionate, sensual, exotic and enigmatic
  • Rose Geranium - nostalgic, spirited, graceful and vibrant
  • Spearmint - fresh, cool, fun and clean

Balm Balm Aromatherapy Bath and Shower Oil Collection - RRP £27.00:

When looking through the Balm Balm website I also found this little gem. This is my favourite product as not only would it make the
perfect gift for any bath lover but its a great treat for yourself. This cute little set contains a collection of essential oils to help make your bath like a relaxing home spa. The collection contains 7 essential oils with different properties in 5ml glass bottles.

The Collection Includes:

  • DETOX -  cleanses mind & body - ginger, lemon, lemongrasss & juniper
  • CALM - soothes & comforts - sandalwood, frankincense, patchouli & cedarwood
  • Balance - focuses & inspires - lavender & peppermint
  • RECOVER - eases aching muscles - tea tree, ravensara, juniper, black pepper & wintergreen
  • INDULGE - pampers & luxuriates - ylang ylang, patchouli & clary sage
  • RELAX - releases tension & troubles - rose geranium, mandarin, lavender & ylang ylang
  • REFRESH - revives & stimulates - mandarin & grapefruit
These little 5ml bottles are highly concentrated so only a tiny amount is needed. They should do around 2-3 baths or can be used as perfume by placing on the pulse points.

I am in love with the BALM BALM range and love the fact they are all natural products they do some great gift sets. Go check them out :).

Thanks to Stephan for sending me these products to review.

Moroccan Oil Moisture Repair Shampoo and Conditioner Review:

A while ago I got in touch with a company called Moroccan Oil. The company stocks a range hair and body beauty items. All of the products in the companies range are infused with the miracle product that is argan oil. I chose to try out one of their shampoo and conditioners. As you guys know I have very blonde hair almost platinum and with dyed hair comes consequence of hair damage. I have been trying to get my hair in better condition as I want it to grow. That is why I have gone more ombre of late and decided to grow my roots out as it means less dyeing my hair so less hair damage. I have tried lots of shampoos and conditioners that claim to help with hair damage but haven't really found one I love until I chose to try out the Moroccan Oil repair shampoo and conditioner. I love the packaging of the products as they are bold and eye-catching.

Check out all their products here:

Moroccan Oil Moisture Repair Shampoo 250ml:

This product is amazing and does exactly what it says it does. The product aims to help repair weakened and damaged hair and after using it for around 3 weeks my hair is miles better condition. The shampoo is a cleansing and fortifying formula which leaves hair feeling super clean. The formula is also antioxidant rich which helps to rebuild damaged hair follicles. The argan oil helps to reniforce keratin and fatty acids. All of this improves elasticity and shine. The formula helps to repair damaged hair and rebuild split ends.
When applying the shampoo I was surprised with how little product you need as it foams up really well. The product smells amazing and this smell sticks around for days after your was originally washed.

Moroccan Oil Moisture Repair Conditioner 250ml:

I was so impressed by this formula as when I opened the bottle it was a really thick conditioner and sometimes with my hair thick conditioners can leave my hair greasy. I couldn't believe how nourished my hair felt and not at all greasy. This formula helps to detangle and condition hair due to the antioxidant-rich argan oil in it. The kertain and fatty acids help to make hair more workable after its been washed. I sometimes find with some conditioners that hair is very difficult to style after washing but didn't have any problems with styling my hair while using this product.

Where to Buy ?

Moroccan Oil is a salon exclusive brand but you can find which salons near you stock the brand by accessing their website via mobile and clicking on their salon locator.  I also managed to find a twin pack of the above shampoo and conditioner on Feel Unique but they are 500ml bottles and you get a free gift - they are currently retailing for £39.90
